The Role:

Your efforts will directly impact our ability to deliver exceptional consultancy and recruitment services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including networking, social media, and industry events.
- Client Outreach: Initiate contact with potential clients, presenting our services and identifying their specific business needs.
- Proposal Development: Assist in preparing proposals and presentations tailored to prospective clients, showcasing how our services can address their challenges.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring excellent customer service and follow-up.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for business development.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably within a consultancy or recruitment environment.
- Strong understanding of business registration, compliance, branding, digital marketing, and recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
